Susan Miller-Jones

Susan is Chief People Officer and a member of the Group Executive Committee. She is responsible for building a high-performing and inclusive culture which enables the delivery of the power of good advice to Evelyn’s clients, and the continued growth of the business.

Susan is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience across multiple sectors, including financial services, professional services, property and banking. She joined Evelyn Partners from Royal Sun Alliance (RSA), where she served as UK Director of HR. Prior to RSA, Susan held senior HR roles at leading firms such as KPMG UK, Brunswick, DTZ and Barclays.
