Network Groups

Our colleague-led networks create safe spaces, spark important conversations and celebrate difference. Here’s a look at the groups we’re proud to call our own.

GEN: Gender Equality Network

Championing equity. Empowering everyone.

GEN ensures equality is a daily practice, not just a goal. We promote Evelyn Partners as a respectful, inclusive workplace where talent is recognised regardless of gender. We support the retention and progression of women, removing barriers and opening doors, and we are committed to closing the gender pay gap through actions such as our involvement in the Women in Finance Charter.

As part of our Inclusion and Diversity strategy, GEN addresses the challenges and opportunities faced by gender-diverse colleagues — from underrepresentation in senior roles to returning to work after a career break. Our Return to Work programme supports those rejoining the workforce, helping them feel confident and empowered from day one. GEN is a network for everyone, including transgender colleagues and allies of all genders who champion fairness, equity and inclusion.

Family Network

Caring for our people, so they can care for theirs.

We understand that life doesn’t pause when the workday begins. Our Family Network supports parents and carers, ensuring they don’t have to choose between career progression and being there for their loved ones. The company offers parental leave, flexible working and career development support, including practical help for those caring for children, elderly parents or dependants — especially during unexpected situations. We also advocate for working arrangements that fit around family needs, from part-time hours to flexible schedules.

The Family Network aims to create an environment where care responsibilities are respected and supported — not seen as barriers to success. It provides a space for parents and carers to share advice, access resources, connect with others facing similar challenges and feel supported. Our goal is to ensure that no one has to choose between home life and their professional path, and that talent isn’t lost due to a lack of flexibility.

Proud (LGBTQ+) Network

Fostering Respect, Empowerment, and Visibility for All.

At Evelyn Partners, we believe in the power of inclusivity. The Proud Network creates a welcoming environment for all LGBTQ+ employees, ensuring everyone can be their authentic selves and thrive. We break down barriers, build understanding, and empower one another towards greater inclusivity. We work to ensure LGBTQ+ colleagues are valued and respected, encourage open dialogue to foster empathy, provide a platform for LGBTQ+ voices, and support all employees in becoming active allies.

The Proud Network is about empowerment and equality. It offers a community where LGBTQ+ employees can connect, share experiences and feel supported. We provide guidance and resources to help navigate challenges and celebrate successes — promoting a culture where inclusivity is the foundation for both personal and professional growth.

Social Mobility Network

Building Opportunities for All, Regardless of Background.

The Social Mobility Network supports the creation of pathways for socio-economically diverse talent, ensuring that opportunities are accessible to all. We raise awareness of social mobility challenges, advocate for support programmes, and encourage participation in initiatives such as mentoring and volunteering. We aim to create a workplace where everyone can thrive, regardless of background, and access the support needed to achieve their ambitions.

Everyone deserves the chance to succeed — no matter their socio-economic starting point. The network offers space for colleagues to share lived experiences, promotes guidance to overcome barriers, and nurtures a culture where talent is recognised and supported, ensuring everyone can reach their full potential.

Able Network (Disability and Neurodiversity)

Championing Accessibility, Understanding, and Equal Opportunity.

We’re committed to fostering a unified workplace where everyone—regardless of ability—can thrive. The Able Network supports colleagues with disabilities and those caring for neurodivergent or disabled individuals, providing a space for open dialogue, practical support, and meaningful change. By offering a safe forum for sharing experiences, raising awareness through education and advocacy, and shaping policies that promote equity in recruitment, career progression, and office accessibility, we ensure ability never limits opportunity. The Able Network plays a vital role in connecting colleagues with similar experiences, offering day-to-day guidance and peer support, and championing inclusive practices that strengthen Evelyn Partners—making it more adaptive, more supportive, and more human.

We are also proud members of the Business Disability Forum (BDF), an organisation dedicated to promoting equity and removing barriers to inclusion for disabled people, both in the workplace and as consumers. Through collaboration with Evelyn Partners, BDF works to drive meaningful change.

RaRE Network (Race, Religion and Ethnicity)

Celebrating Identity. Championing Equity. Embracing Belonging.

We know that diversity of race, religion and ethnicity enriches everything we do. The RaRE Network exists to celebrate this diversity, promote equity and ensure everyone feels seen, respected and empowered. We champion inclusion through education, storytelling and open dialogue, support equity-driven initiatives, raise awareness of global cultures, and foster a sense of belonging by encouraging colleagues to share and learn from one another.

When people are empowered to bring their whole selves to work, everyone benefits. The RaRE Network provides a space to share cultural identity and lived experiences, learn from others, and promote mutual understanding. We offer resources, host events and create opportunities for allyship — because we believe respect builds stronger teams and a more inclusive business.
