Submitting feedback



The purpose of this guide is to provide an overview of how to submit feedback about the Evelyn Partners client portal.


How to submit feedback

After logging into the client portal, you'll see a Feedback tab positioned midway down the right-hand side of every screen, as highlighted in the screenshot below. Select the tab to open the widget.


Tell us about your experience

On the next screen, type your comments in the Tell us about your experience… box, then select Next.


Leave your contact details (optional)

If you’re happy for us to follow up, enter your email address and click Next. If not, select Skip.


Confirmation

You’ll see “Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!” Select Close to return to the portal.


Rate the portal

The first screen asks How would you rate your experience? Choose one of the five faces to rate your experience. Your selection moves you to the next step.

 

Note:to make sure we can follow up on your feedback and provide a proper resolution, please include your contact email when you send it. Without your email, we won’t be able to confirm your details or reach out to continue the conversation.
