Whistleblowing
Evelyn Partners seeks to conduct its business honestly and with integrity at all times. However, we acknowledge that all organisations face the risk of their activities going wrong from time to time, or of unknowingly harbouring malpractice. We believe we have a duty to take appropriate measures to identify such situations and attempt to remedy them.
This page sets out how you may raise concerns about something that might impact Evelyn Partners, be illegal or unethical, or affect colleagues or clients.
Reporting such concerns is known as ‘Whistleblowing’ and those raising concerns are known as ‘Whistleblowers’.
All Whistleblows will be taken seriously and handled in accordance with our Whistleblowing Policy. We are also committed to protecting the confidentiality of those who report genuine concerns.
You can raise your concern by sending an email to whistle.blowing@evelyn.com, or by post to The Whistleblowing Liaison Team, c/o Risk & Compliance, Maxis 2 Western Road, Bracknell, RG12 1RF.
Alternatively, you can contact our external whistleblowing hotline, Safecall, on 0800 915 1571 or at www.safecall.co.uk/report. All referrals will be treated in confidence by Safecall’s independent staff who will not disclose your details to Evelyn Partners should you wish to report anonymously.
