How do you describe what you do?
Having worked at Evelyn Partners since 2002, I look after individuals and families, alongside financial planning colleagues to provide the best outcome for our clients, building up a trusted relationship to act in their best interests.
What's next for you professionally?
I aim to build on what I have learnt over the past 20 years' experience at Evelyn Partners, expanding my network so that more families can benefit from our Total Wealth Management offering.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Back yourself.
What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?
Seeing the pleasure in a client living out their retirement dreams on the back of our advice that they can afford to retire.
How did you start off in your career?
I started working at Smith & Williamson (now Evelyn Partners) as a graduate trainee in Investment Management in September 2002, passing the required exams along the way.

Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?
From my colleagues and clients alike, and the relationships I have formed during my time at Evelyn Partners.
What's your favourite thing about your role?
That's easy - the client relationships that are nurtured over many years.
What's next for you personally?
Helping by two sons to successfully navigate the teenage years.
Where's your favourite place to meet with your clients?
I love to meet my clients in their home environment, where they often feel more relaxed, and I really get a sense of what motivates them and matters most in their lives.
When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?
There are a few things really! Spending time with my boys and wider family, including our dog Archie, cooking and gardening.
Why does my role as a wealth manager matter?
I get most satisfaction in being a female role model for both colleagues who are just starting out in their careers, but also for clients, prospective clients and professional connections, to provide a balance in conversations and thought leadership.
