Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?

My inspiration to embrace what's next comes from being excited about the future. I’m motivated by the chance to turn uncertainty into opportunity, whether that is shifts in client needs, regulatory changes or new technology, it's all exciting.

What's your favourite thing about your role?

I enjoy collaborating with others and creating strategies that will result in positive outcomes for both our colleagues and our clients.

When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?

I enjoy spending time with my family - with two children and two West Highland Terriers, there is never a dull moment in our household.

What qualifications and memberships do you have?

Chartered Financial Adviser - Chartered Associate of the London Foundation for Banking & Finance.
