Experience

Stuart has over 14 years comprehensive experience of life and pension products and has a passion for employee engagement. Core to Stuart’s role is providing guidance to employees throughout their retirement journey. Stuart's areas of specialism include pre-retirement planning, pension transfers, new joiner key considerations, Salary Exchange, Auto Enrolment compliance and options at retirement.

Notable client work and achievements

Stuart has successfully completed a company transition project, provided guidance, communications and education delivery moving over 11,000 employees across multiple payrolls into Salary Exchange which created large savings for both the employer and its employees.

Stuart has provided consultancy advice, project planning and administration support to employers in relation to pensions auto-enrolment.

He has also supported start ups and companies who have grown rapidly with the establishment of a competitive employee benefit proposition, adherence with Auto Enrolment legislation and implementation of Salary Exchange to ensure employer and employees alike can benefit from the cost savings and efficiencies.
