Leading UK wealth manager Evelyn Partners is excited to announce a new partnership with Really Helpful Club aimed at empowering women to confidently manage their finances, grow wealth and plan for their future needs.

Really Helpful Club is a free network, founded by former wealth manager Sarah Austin, for motivated women from all walks of life. It’s a space to share connections, knowledge and experience—focusing on business, wealth, personal growth, wellbeing and family life.

Despite estimates that 60% of wealth in the UK will soon be in female hands, women are underserved by the wealth management industry - with 69% saying they don’t feel confident when it comes to investing and only 20% of women stating that they'd know where to find a good financial advisor.[1]

Alongside Really Helpful Club, Evelyn Partners will help to provide community and connection to women as they face life’s hurdles, with a focus on practical, trusted financial guidance.

Emma Sterland, Chief Financial Planning Officer at Evelyn Partners, says: ‘Announcing this partnership is an exciting moment as we seek to establish Evelyn Partners as the wealth manager of choice for women across the UK.

‘We have extensive experience of women coming to us for advice - often later in life, and sometimes after a business exit, or other significant life events like divorce or retirement - who have not had support in or been engaged with their financial futures.

‘Our mission is to encourage and empower more women to get ahead of life's curveballs by having a financial plan in place, to match and enable their life plan.

‘It is an area where we have particular strength, with many female practitioners, senior partners and thought leaders, as well as respected financial planning teams focused on divorce, generational wealth transfer and estate planning – all of whom give wealth management advice to a growing cohort of female entrepreneurs and professionals.

‘And - as this partnership shows - we are determined to offer advice to more women, earlier in their careers and financial journeys, when we know they can benefit hugely from forward planning and advice.

‘That’s not just around life events like a business exit or divorce, or issues like cash flow, saving, investing, pensions, and the tax environment. It’s the bigger picture: thinking about and planning for the care of their parents, and the needs of their children and grandchildren as they grow up, as well as their own and their partner’s future aims and needs.’

Sarah Austin, founder of Really Helpful Club, adds: ‘Really Helpful Club gives women the confidence, insight and practical tools to plan for whatever life brings—through thoughtfully curated events, retreats, expert-led talks and relaxed networking get-togethers.

‘It’s a trusted space to share recommendations—whether it’s a brilliant midlife personal coach, divorce lawyer, accountant, stylist, or now, a financial planner.

‘This partnership with Evelyn Partners feels like a natural step. Managing money, feeling financially secure and having the resilience and freedom to enjoy your next chapter in life, is one of the most popular and pressing topics within our community—and too often, women just don’t know who to trust or where to begin. Together, we’re changing that.”

Evelyn Partners - which has over £62bn of AUM and provides financial planning and investment management services from offices in 25 cities and towns across the UK - will be partnering with the Really Helpful Club to create an exclusive series of events for women in 2025 and beyond, where the firm’s female practitioners will speak on and host panels, webinars and round-tables.

The collaboration will be designed to engage, educate, and connect women across the UK whether they are business owners, C-suite executives, professionals in business, finance, or law, creatives, or indeed those taking a career break or who have retired.

Tonight the partnership kicks off at Evelyn Partners’ London office where Really Helpful Club will host an inspiring evening of connection and conversation with guest speaker Purusha Gordon. Purusha is a resilience and positivity expert who transformed her life from depression and poor health to becoming a world-record-holding ocean rower.
