The Board of Evelyn Partners Group Limited (‘the Group’) announces that Keith Jones has today stepped down as an independent non-executive Director of the Group Board and its operating companies, having served for ten years as a Director of the Group and at its predecessor Smith & Williamson.

"On behalf of the whole Board I would like to thank Keith for the huge contribution he has made to the business having served as an independent Non-Executive Director since the merger that created the Company in 2020 and prior to that as an NED on the Board of Smith & Williamson since 2015. The many years of service that Keith has devoted to the business have been a period of considerable growth and transformation during which the Board has benefitted from his deep experience of the asset management and wider financial services sector, strategic insights, and wise counsel. Keith leaves the Board with our thanks and very best wishes for the future."
